New Developments Module

The free trial finished this month and many agents have already upgraded so they can continue to enjoy the benefits of this great selling tool. How can I subscribe to the New Developments Module?

Here is a summary of some new features we have added to the Module:

• The details page now contains more information at a glance:
  • Is there a mortgage available?
  • Do they offer guaranteed rental?
  • Can you sell before completion?
• Window cards:
  
  • Price lists are now added as an attachment instead of a link.
  • You can decide to send the window card with or without price list.
  • How can I send a New Development price list to my client?

For Developers and Master Agents – More flexibility when adding payment terms to a development.
Unpublish functionality – developments can now be set to Off Market.
When publishing your new developments on our free property portal – PropExtra.com, the property details will now include price and m2 ranges.
