All the below methods are from the “New Search” page and be sure to select the tickbox for [ ] Own Company from the left-hand side and deselect the New Developments tickbox:

  1. Using the ReSales Reference number (most commonly used) enter the reference in the field “Ref ID“ (top Right). E.g: R1234567
  2. Using your own Agency Reference number, enter the reference in the field “Ref ID“ (top Right) and select the tickbox [ ] Agency Ref directly below. E.g Agency1
  3. Using basic parameters of the property such as: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Price, Property Type…etc (Left-hand side). E.g: 2 bed, 2 baths, between €250,000 and €300,000
  4. Search by location of the property using the “Location:” field. E.g: Elviria
  5. Search by Address using the “Address” field. E.g: Av. España
  6. In [Advanced Search] there is the option to search by detailed information such as Build size, Terrace size, floor number…etc. E.g: between 150 m2 and 200 m2 build size
  7. In [Advanced Search] there is the option to search by Owner name. E.g: Smith
  8. In [Advanced Search] there is the option to search by Cadastral Reference.
  9. In [Advanced Search] there is the option to filter by who listed the property using the “Listed By” field.
  10. Perform a wide search with no parameters and sort the results by Most or Least Recently Listed, (Use the “Sort By” feature, top right) if you are looking for a new property it should appear in the first few results.
  11. Perform a wide search with no parameters and sort the results by Most or Least Up To Date, (Use the “Sort By” feature, top right) if you are looking for a property that has been recently edited, it should appear in the first few results.
