When you set your listings to Sold or Off Market, they do not disappear! They are archived in the system and are available to you for historical information if needed.
To find these listings, simply do an Advanced Search and select Sold and/or Off Market in the [Status] field. Don’t forget to remove Available from the selection.
Tip:
You can also use the Advanced Search status selection to find your properties that are currently in Listing status, Under Offer, Sale Agreed.
